 Fresh avocado slices, asiago cheese, cucumber ribbons, and a delicate walnut champagne dressing. A delightful choice for vegetarians.

Roasted Golden Cauliflower
 Drizzled with tahini sauce, topped with pomegranate, parsley, and olive oil.

SECOND COURSE

Duck Ragu
 Fresh tagliatelle pasta, cherry tomatoes, ricotta, and a hint of oregano.

Surf & Turf
 Prime filet mignon and lobster tail served with roasted fingerling potatoes and asparagus.

Scallops & Risotto
 Served with sweet pea risotto, citrus lime & butter sauce

 NY strip with chimichurri sauce, pickled red onions, and a side of French fries.

Greek Chicken Roll
 Free-range crispy chicken breast stuffed with baby spinach and feta cheese, served with a rosemary tarragon sauce.

Vegetable Shepherd's Pie
 A hearty mix of spinach, green peas, feta cheese, roasted peppers, potatoes, and asparagus, topped with pomodoro sauce.
